RETURN WINDOW
Kronelli accepts returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@kronelli.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• Show no signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, scratches, or alterations
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Include all original tags, labels, inserts, accessories, and protective materials, where applicable
For footwear, items should only be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Boots showing signs of outdoor wear, including marks or wear on the soles, may not be eligible for return.
For watches, protective films, tags, packaging, and included accessories must remain intact where applicable. Watches showing signs of wear, scratches, alterations, or damage may not be eligible for return.
Kronelli reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed. Kronelli is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or not delivered to the designated return destination.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Before returning an item, contact info@kronelli.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return request is accepted, our customer service team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return destination.
Please do not send products to an address found online or on a shipping label without first receiving return instructions from our customer service team.
INSPECTION PROCESS
All returned items are inspected after they are received at the designated return facility.
Inspection is generally completed within 3–7 business days after receipt.
If the returned item meets the requirements of this policy, the refund process will be initiated.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Once a refund has been approved and processed by Kronelli, please allow approximately 10–14 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Refunds include:
• The purchase price of the approved returned item(s)
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refunds do not include:
• Original shipping fees
• Expedited or priority shipping fees
• Customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees, where applicable
Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items specifically identified as final sale and non-returnable at the time of purchase
• Items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage after delivery
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or failure to follow product care instructions
• Products returned without their required original components, accessories, or packaging when these are necessary to verify the item's original condition
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kronelli.com.
For faster assistance, we recommend reporting the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Your email should include:
• Full name
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or video showing the problem
After reviewing the claim, Kronelli may provide an appropriate resolution, including:
• A replacement at no additional product or shipping cost, where appropriate; or
• A full or partial refund to the original payment method, depending on the circumstances
Kronelli may request that the defective, damaged, or incorrect item be returned before a replacement or refund is issued. If a return is required for an approved defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Kronelli will provide the applicable return instructions.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered or is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout:
• The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs required for reshipment
• Refund requests will be evaluated based on the circumstances of the order
• Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
EXCHANGES
Kronelli does not currently process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, model, or product, please contact us to initiate an eligible return under this policy and place a new order separately.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us at info@kronelli.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing or fulfillment.
If the order has already been shipped, you may need to wait until it is delivered and then follow the applicable return procedure described in this policy.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
This Return & Refund Policy does not exclude, restrict, or override any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase under applicable law.
Where applicable law provides you with additional cancellation, return, refund, warranty, or conformity rights, those rights will continue to apply.
